110-300-0145(11) Licensor observed one gate, located outside of the licensed outdoor play area, around to the front yard and driveway that was not equipped with a self-closing and self-latching mechanism. 110-300-0145(6) Licensor observed that the outdoor play space is enclosed along the sides and back, but lacks a barrier to the non-licensed front yard and driveway, with opened gate that exits to street.
